Conservation & River Management

Some club members have been lucky enough to spot otters on our stretch of the River Sence

Throughout the year our members volunteer to keep the river running clear from obstruction and maintain the banks for fishing access.

We also manage the habitat for a wide variety of wildlife such as bird, plant, insect and fish life, and of course our members.

Frequently sighted, Water Voles are a sign of a healthy watercourse

To maintain fishing access for our members, banks are kept well maintained throughout the season.
